For over 45 years, I’ve helped people rediscover the joy of living in a body that feels good — and feeling good about it. My work supports people to move, live, and express themselves to their fullest potential.

I am an embodied mentor who takes my own medicine. My journey didn’t begin by choice, but through the need to make sense of pain and confusion. Movement became my way through — the language my body used to guide me home. What started as an attempt to fix symptoms evolved into a lifelong exploration of how movement transforms not just the body, but the whole self.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to make changes alone. That’s why I bring not only experience but also deep compassion—meeting each person with presence, deep listening, and the gift of being truly witnessed. My work supports the whole person—body, mind, and emotions—fostering resilience, meaningful behaviour change, and a renewed sense of possibility.
